Terms of Service

Welcome to DollzSkill ("the Service"), operated by ABCD Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

DollzSkill uses a tiered, verification-based age system. Access to adult content depends on verified age status.

1.1 — Minimum Age (13+)

No one under 13 may create an account. Date of birth is collected at signup and accounts reporting an age under 13 are rejected (COPPA).

1.2 — Users Aged 13–17

DollzSkill does not create accounts for users under 18. Users aged 13–17 are directed to our all-ages game universe, LastzWorld, which uses the same login and contains no adult features. No DollzSkill account is created for a user under 18.

1.3 — Adult Content (Verified 18+ Only)

Adult content is available only to users who complete identity-based age verification through Stripe Identity — a government-issued document check with a matching selfie. A self-reported birth date is not sufficient. Only a successful "verified" result unlocks adult features (setting your account to verified 18+).

By completing verification you represent that the identity document is your own and that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Verification is handled by Stripe; we receive the pass/fail result and do not store your identity document.

2. Nature of the Service — AI-Generated Content

Every companion on DollzSkill is an AI-generated fictional character. Companions are artificial intelligence — not real persons. No companion depicts, represents, or is modeled on a real individual.

Companion responses are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Do not rely on companion output as professional, medical, legal, or factual advice. You are interacting with software.

3. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate permanent termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

Any content that sexualizes minors, real or fictional — including text, images, prompts, or companion configurations. No companion may be created, depicted, or described as a minor.
Content intended to depict a real, identifiable individual, or non-consensual acts against real persons.
Any attempt to generate, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Use of the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm any real person.

CSAM & NCMEC: We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. We work directly with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and report apparent exploitation to its CyberTipline as required by law. See our Safety & NCMEC page.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or allow others to access it. Each person must have their own account. Account selling, trading, or transferring is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Do not attempt to bypass age verification, tier restrictions, or content safeguards.
Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Service.
Do not reverse-engineer, extract model data from, or attack the Service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Purchases & Billing

DollzSkill offers optional paid features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card details. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation, are shown at the point of purchase. Refund requests may be submitted to support@abcdsystems.com and are reviewed case by case.

7. Content Moderation

Generated content is governed by a platform content policy applied according to your verified age tier, plus automated and AI-assisted moderation. Prohibited material is blocked before delivery, and prompts attempting to produce it are blocked and logged. Repeated or severe violations escalate to permanent termination and, where applicable, law-enforcement referral.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect minimal personal information (account credentials, email, date of birth / age tier, age-verification result, and usage data); we do not sell personal information; we use Brevo for transactional email only; identity documents submitted for verification are handled by Stripe and not retained by us; and you may request account deletion at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, and generation systems, is the intellectual property of ABCD Systems. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including bypassing age verification, prohibited content, fraud, or activity that threatens the safety of others. Termination for prohibited content involving minors is immediate, permanent, and may include hardware-fingerprint banning and law-enforcement referral.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Companion output is AI-generated and provided for entertainment only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABCD Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
