Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ABCD Systems ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with DollzSkill ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: username, email address, and hashed password.
Age information: date of birth provided at signup, and your resulting age tier / verification status.
Age-verification result: the pass/fail outcome of identity verification (see Section 3).
Usage data: interactions with the Service, including companion activity and content-moderation events.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and security-related identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
To verify age and enforce our tiered content policy.
To operate content moderation and safety systems, including detection of prohibited content.
To communicate with you about your account (via Brevo, for transactional email only).
To process payments (via Stripe).

3. Age Verification & Identity Documents

Adult age verification is performed by Stripe Identity. When you verify, your identity document and selfie are submitted to and processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy terms. We do not store your identity document or selfie — we receive only the verification result (verified / not verified) and retain that status on your account.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.
Service providers: Stripe (payments, identity verification), Brevo (transactional email), and our hosting/storage infrastructure, each only as needed to operate the Service.
Legal & safety: we may disclose information where required by law, and — in cases of apparent child sexual exploitation — we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law. See our Safety & NCMEC page.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Identity documents are not retained by us (they are handled by Stripe). You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to security issues.

7. Your Rights

Access & deletion: you may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time.
Correction: you may update your account information.

8. Children

DollzSkill is an adult platform and does not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. Users under 18 are directed to our all-ages platform, LastzWorld. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor on DollzSkill, we delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
